R&D Engineer
As an R&D Water Engineer, you are responsible for the research driven development and integration of innovative water treatment processes in our modular (off-grid) water purification installations:
You perform dedicated practical research on innovative drinking water and process water production processes.
You investigate, develop and integrate membrane treatment and drinking water disinfection technologies via innovative principles.
You are able to manage a research project from A to Z, including the control of budgets, scope time and schedule.
You plan, perform and process hands-on experiments.
You (re)design your experimental set-ups and make changes yourself where needed.
You are driven by challenges and convert this drive into good working ethics.
You perform detailed data analysis and draw conclusions to assist in the DOE.
You use your expertise in the assembly, process monitoring and control of our water purification systems.
⚒️ Skills
You are a research engineer with strong affinity for the water sector, and who wants to make a difference with her/his knowledge!
You have a PhD, or, at least 2 years of specific R&D experience, or, direct experience with the design and operation of lab & pilot units
You have a passion for research that leads to innovative practical applications within the water sector
A background in electrochemical processes and advanced oxidation processes is a plus
